José's dish --a crispy waffle stuffed with foie gras-- was a hit, but which wine will pair better with it... Emeril's Pinot Noir or Tom Matthew's Sherry? (And who let Danny Meyer sit next to José Andrés?! That will have to be remedied next time...)
